Various Itineraries
Morocco is our only non European destination but too close and easily accessible not to warrant inclusion.
It also provides, through a range of varying itineraries, the opportunity for participants to experience living in a high mountain desert within a non-European culture.
Our In-Country agents are Berber guides who live in the Atlas Mountains, they are licensed by the Moroccan Government and as such hold all the requisite qualifications as well as thorough knowledge of local cultural networks, to ensure safety throughout. Our expeditions are also accompanied by a British Mountain Leader who will have experience of operating in the country and area.
As this region is subject to extreme weather conditions during the summer and winter seasons, we recommend completing an expedition during the spring or autumn months.
Itineraries can be from 9 - 14 days and can include a range of cultural or adventurous visits such as a visit to the the Souks of Marrakech or an ascent of Mnt Toubkal the highest peak in North Africa.
